The Missouri Beef Council’s mission is to drive the demand for beef in the state of Missouri. Looking into the new year, Missouri Beef Council wanted to reach millennial moms (ages 23-38) with messaging that resonated with this audience and encouraged these moms to include beef in their shopping decisions.

The Work

Through our StorySmart strategy process, we developed a video series which addressed key misconceptions a non-agriculture audience may have about beef. Multiple video deliverables were created with a focused campaign to be deployed on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.

The Result

Facebook/Instagram

There are approximately 2 Million women on Instagram and Facebook who are 23-38 in the state of Missouri. Through social media marketing we were able to get laser focused and only put our message in front of those in the age group who had children in the home. Which narrowed our audience to 80,000 Millennial Moms.

We were able to reach our audience at a CPM (cost to reach 1000 people) of $5.78 – comparing that to a direct mail CPM of $57 and a broadcast TV CPM of $28, this was a huge win for Missouri Beef Council.

Pinterest

Because Missouri Beef’s marketing strategy includes sharing recipe content, distributing our content on the Pinterest platform made perfect sense. 84% of the Pinterest platform is women ages 25-34 and we were able to narrow our focus to an audience of 300,000 women who met our Millennial Mom definition.

More importantly we reached over 205,000 Millennial Moms at a CPM (cost to reach 1000 people) of $5.21. Again, amazing results for Missouri Beef Council compared to traditional marketing methods.

Connected TV For Agribusiness

Campaign Goal

US Wellness Meats wanted to reach more potential customers through Connected TV/OTT Advertising. 

The Work

Our team created video content that highlighted sustainable, grass-fed products as an healthy option for their customers.

From there we crafted specific campaigns for non-skippable connected TV advertising.

The Result

Working together for over a year, through our Connected TV campaigns, we were able to generate an 8X Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) and  to reached a larger demographic at 5 million impressions, generating almost $1M in revenue from these campaigns. 

FCS Financial - Branded Storytelling

FCS Financial wanted to continue to brand their ag-lending services to farmers throughout Missouri.

The Work

We created a video marketing campaign which shows potential customers the people behind the brand and their knowledge of agriculture to help customers with any farm lending need.

Through a targeted video marketing campaign across Facebook and YouTube, we reached a targeted agricultural audience and drove significant traffic to their landing page.
