Carpet One Case Study

About the Campaign:

Carpet One is a local flooring store in Columbia, Missouri. The goal was to engage and educate residential consumers around the benefits of a local flooring store versus a big box store. 3 different video assets were created and then distributed via paid social media ads on Facebook and Instagram.

The Work:

Through the StorySmart strategy session we were able to determine that the best type of creative needed to address several goals, an ad geared toward Carpet One’s ideal customer, women 25-55 homeowners, an ad that highlighted the store’s unique Shop At Home program, and a general branding ad.

The Result:

The video campaign created more engagement on Facebook than the brand had ever seen prior to the campaign. Carpet One was able to reach over 50,000 households in their market area and drove 12% more traffic to their website in the campaign period.
